Culture, talent and growth go hand in hand and in this session we want to emphasize the main red flags that can create problems with people and in the aspects we better anticipate in order to avoid them.
Culture is the main asset of an organization in order to attract, hire and retain talent. If early two-thirds of early stage failures stem from people problems, is because too often we forget their strategic value and their matching with culture. ¿Do we think about the people we would need in order to grow in the same measure that we think in the product, sales, clients or investors? ¿Do we ignore that a strong team transmits credibility and coherence to investors? But we cheat and hire people regardless of their strategic value in the medium/long term, which leads us to a loss of time and money replacing resources that were not the appropriate ones or because they leave us demotivated not matching or understanding the company culture.
