CBRE y Barcelona Tech City signed an agreement to promote innovation in real estate sector
- With this agreement, CBRE and Barcelona Tech City align strategies to promote innovation, entrepreneurship and collaboration with new companies to continue promoting the transformation of the real estate sector.

Barcelona, May 7th – 2019 CBRE, first international company of consultancy and real estate services, and Barcelona Tech City, a private association representing more than 800 companies from the technological and digital sector, have signed a collaboration agreement, with the aim of promoting and promoting innovation in the real estate sector.
The agreement, which makes CBRE a corporate partner of Barcelona Tech City, has been signed by Miquel Martí, CEO of Barcelona Tech City, and Rubén Galcerán, Director of Office Intelligence at CBRE Barcelona. “For our part, at CBRE, we are totally committed to the integration of digital services in our clients’ businesses. With the signing of this agreement, CBRE aims to strengthen Barcelona as one of the main international technological hubs working together with Barcelona Tech City. For its part, the Association will support CBRE in its digital transformation, taking advantage of the synergy and consolidating the community, in order to develop and address new tools around the proptech and fintech sectors.
