Palauet | Barcelona Tech City opens as a new meeting point for the city’s technological and digital ecosystem
The modernist palace located in the city center begins its activity on July 1st as a meeting point for the technological, digital, investor and entrepreneurial ecosystem
Barcelona, June 30th, 2020 –. Barcelona Tech City opens a social and business space for the technological, digital, entrepreneurial and investor ecosystem in the city. Located in the modernist palace of Paseo de Gràcia 113, sharing the building with El Palauet Living Barcelona, the club opens its doors for partners and associates from Wednesday, July 1st.
This initiative continues the development of the Urban Tech Campus Project powered by Barcelona Tech City with the aim of promoting and stimulating the technological ecosystem of Barcelona. In this sense, Palauet | Barcelona Tech City joins Pier 01 and Pier 03 complex buildings, which are already part of the project, with the goal of becoming a meeting and social space between art, technology and science.
Palauet | Barcelona Tech City will host meeting spaces for members with areas for organizing events for Barcelona Tech City partners, associates and third parties. The space will also offer interesting dining options and an ambitious business and leisure activity program.
Palauet | Barcelona Tech City becomes a space aimed towards associates and partners of Barcelona Tech City. For the moment, given the current situation caused by Covid-19, the program will be limited and access will be only granted by prior reservation. The official opening will happen after summer.

As part of this initiative, Canódromo by Peninsula has also been incorporated as a hub for video games and cultural industries. The Association has recently added two new spaces: Pier 03, specialized in blockchain, and Palauet | Barcelona Tech City, a social meeting club for the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
