Designing the Future of Gastronomy

As technology and innovation continue to radically change the way we lead our lives, the world of gastronomy is also transforming. Whether it is how our food is being prepared or cooked, the way customer experiences are being enhanced, or the emergence of new business models, innovation is changing the face of one of the oldest business sectors in the world.

Zinc is partnering with Natural Machines to bring together key players from the food tech and gastronomy sector in Barcelona to explore through a panel discussion and workshop how we can best take advantage of these new opportunities.

In the workshop we will explore strategies together on how to be the most competitive gastronomic business by 2025 through a combination of innovation, design & technology, looking at: kitchen / food preparation, customer experience and business operations.
